Senior Security Analyst

Job Purpose

The primary function of this role is to monitor the ENOC environment on 24*7 basis and conduct advance analysis’s for events to identify any cyber security threats or attacks on ENOC IT/OT assets. In addition to preforming advance response assessment of the cyber security incident and escalate to Cyber Intelligence Center Manager as per approved policies, processes and  procedures.
 

Principal Accountabilities

Operational 
•Follow response procedures and other CIC related SOPs based on the incident impact analysis & predetermined response actions procedures Manage the communication of policies & guidelines and monitor the compliance CIC operations to the cyber-security policies & guidelines.
•Work closely with security analysts to get direct feedback about new, unknown suspicious behaviour 
•Handle escalated incident from security analyst to conduct deep investigations.
•Gain knowledge of existing policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to prevent the unauthorized use, release, modification, or destruction of ENOC information assets
•Conduct malware analysis using run-time analysis, comparative analysis, and reverse engineering tools
•Conduct digital forensics and deep investigations and evidence handling in line with best practices  
•Preform threat hunting, discovery and exploration to identify threats that pass traditional detection tools.
•Perform proactive research to identify and characterize new emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
•Review and align priority, severity and classification of security incidents
•Develop metrics, reporting and documentation on frequency, impact, and types of incidents.
•Collaborate on the investigation of incidents, containment, remediation and root cause analysis
•Collaborate and conduct research to design and implement new security technology, update existing strategies, improve process and create additional documentation.

Terminal Operator

Job Purpose

The terminal operator is responsible for carrying out all the terminal activities related to the receipt, storage, blending, heater operation, quality control and delivery of product during the shift. Product movement operations ex Refinery via pipeline or tanker. Reports to the Shift Supervisor for general guidance. 
 

Principal Accountabilities

Product Receipt Operations
Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the product receipts by: – 
1.Tanker/Barge
Guiding the vessel berthing in line with the allocated manifold, witnessing sampling and gauging of ship’s tanks, operating the hydraulic loading arm, connecting the loading arm. Communicating with terminal/ship for commencement of discharge. Periodic checking of discharged product quality & Qty and comparing the figures with shore. Periodic ship/shore check as per the checklist. 
Gauging and lining up of the shore tank, checking of the line qty at terminal end.
PLR/ PLT/ITT:
Gauging / sampling and line up of the shore tank, checking the line qty at terminal end.
2.Product Storage 
Responsible for carrying out the following operations:
Carrying out water draining, gauging, sampling of terminal tank after receipt, transfer, and blending.
Carrying out daily evening tank gauge and delivery meter reading recording. Required to work out the provisional stock variation. Also for investigating abnormal stock variations, if any.
Taking the required samples in the required periods to monitor the quality of the product in tank as per the customer’s quality control program. 
3.Product Value addition / Blending
Responsible for carrying out the following operations:
Stadis addition in Jet A1 tanks after working out the stadis qty as per the required conductivity.
Pigging or flushing of product pipe lines (Includes the N2 connection, pig launcher operation, lining up & monitoring the movement).
Any other Blending or value addition operations the company may choose to perform from time to time.
Assist/Independently cross check the blending components ratio for in-house blending.
Carry out the Ex jetty delivery on East Wharf.
4.Product Loading/Delivery
Responsible for carrying out the operations related to the product delivery by the following modes: –
Tanker
Barge
Pipe line 
Tank Truck
5.Tanker Handling
Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the safe handling of tankers:
Berthing.
Collecting & recording of all the relevant timings in the tanker log.
Witness the ullaging, sampling & calculation done by ship crew/ appointed surveyor.
Connecting the loading arm or hoses.
Periodical checks on tankers under operation as part of the Ship/shore safety checklist. 
Discharge performance monitoring by collecting/checking & recording the hourly discharge rate, pressure, product qty & sample density.
Need to maintain effective communication between the ship and terminal control rooms throughout the operation. 
Witness Pre-discharge/after discharge documentation.
Witness preloading/after Loading documentation.

Logistics Coordinator

Job Purpose

To handle daily front desk Terminal activities with proper coordination of the process with operations, customers as well as handle logistics pertaining to documentation, customs clearance or export/import bill of lading and transportation. The job involves high degree of coordination, punctuality and moreover accuracy in entering or recording data in the system in order to ensure trouble free customer services and receipt/ dispatch of products.
 

Principal Accountabilities

1.Coordinate &execute dispatch of products as per Terminal Customers instruction
2.Enter product release orders in the inventory system as per Customers instruction.
3.Monitor & release drumming requirements, executing in the inventory system upon receipt and confirmation from Customer.
4.Maintain dispatched files, customs related files with supporting doc. For future Customer & operations requirement for future queries.
5.Provide monthly product reports to customers after reconciliation of all deliveries and receipts during month after internal team confirmation.
6.Monitoring daily tank variance with the reconciliation of day to day dispatched entries.
7.Coordinates advice for preparation of customs documentation with C&F department as well as customer’s import/export of products as per Customer requirements, as and when needed.
8.Executing daily drumming schedule, blending, Bulk loading, Decanting & loading schedule as per Customer delivery on priority basis & product availability.
9.Provide support for inventory system to change product code, tank changes & other required system changes.
10.Weighbridge operation support and monitoring the usage for better revenue l l . Co-ordinating for ordering of drums, pallets, Labels, Water, Diesel, tankers for customers and coordinating with transport companies as per client requirement.
12.Label Printing activity to be monitored for better usage and increased revenue for the Terminal
13.Provide Administration support as and when required
14.Support Planning Manager for forecasting Customer activities on weekly/monthly basis Interface with finance, administration and operations departments as well as coordinate with clients to supports specific services.
15.Communications and Working Relationships
Internally,
Need to work very closely with operations department to support client services and other sections of the company in general.
Externally,
The job holder is the direct contract point of the company for client services and therefore need to maintain good relationship with all clients as well as vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and other services.

Shift Planner

Job Purpose

Handles all clerical functions related to Distribution such as receiving customer orders, retail site inventory and updating customer’s fuel orders in the system and dispatches the orders.
 

Principal Accountabilities

Receives customer orders through phone, fax or mail and records all orders in a log book and assigns reference number to the customer placing order, then validates customer account and enters the orders accordingly in the system with details such as quantity, date and time requested, customer number etc. to create a consolidated open order list for scheduling of the orders.
Analysis the trips and advises Scheduler on postponing or dumping of products to sites, depending on truck and driver resource availability to maximize the utilization of resource.
Prints the loading instructions and delivery advises (the loading documents) and assigns loadings to the drivers based on loading schedule for timely deliveries. 
Receives customers enquires through phone and amends the delivery plan as and when necessary based on customers request and other circumstances such as, vehicle breakdowns, accidents etc. This is to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth deliveries. 
Records and confirms deliveries in the system after the deliveries return based in the delivery documents to update customers’ accounts.
Monitors drivers’ punctuality to ensure timely deliveries and non-interruption of planned deliveries.
Records retail sites tanks stock on daily basis to use as a prioritizing base for scheduling of deliveries.
Coordinates with the company workshop to arrange for preventive maintenance and breakdowns to reduce downtime.
Update’s customers account in the system (if product is returned) by preparing return of goods document with the correct quantity delivered so that customer is accounted accurately.
Sorts out the DAs (loading document) and dispatch them to ENOC finance for invoicing.
Monitors trucks movement through GPS tracking system to update customers on their order status and the management for any violations.
Coordinates with ENOC emergency service in case of emergencies and act as per the Emergency Response Plan.
Arranges spot hired trucks in coordination with the scheduler for deliveries beyond company resources to prevent  to customer

To conceptualise, frame and implement marketing plans to achieve growth in the Bulk LP Gas Market share and profitability objectives of the company.
 

Principal Accountabilities

Job Purpose

To maintain Aviation Refueling Equipment and all associated static and mobile facilities in line with the international standards, with an aim to ensure continuous and safe operations with minimal downtime. 
 

Principal Accountabilities

Carries out preventive maintenance checks and repairs on Aviation Refueling Equipment and other allied static and mobile facilities as per maintenance schedule drawn in co-ordination with Maintenance Supervisor.
Carries out independently maintenance jobs and basic repairs on automotive and aviation components of the Refueling Equipment and allied facilities involving pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation and fuel lines. 
Communicates with Operations group in taking feedback and attending to breakdown jobs and repairs and ensuring minimal equipment downtime. 
Carries out maintenance activities safely and in line with the Company’s Environmental/ Safety Policies and Procedures/ Standards as specified in the Aviation Fuelling Operations and Aviation Quality Control Manuals.
Completes and maintains documentation related to maintenance activities and accounting jobs such as inventory reconciliation, transactions in Oracle system. 
Reads and interprets technical literatures, drawings and schematic diagram for carrying out repairs, installation& commissioning and troubleshooting works.
Co-ordinates with the Supervisor for :
Preparing the preventive maintenance schedule.
Maintaining optimal inventory of spare items.
Analyzing failures and root cause and taking necessary steps to prevent its re-occurrence.
Planning and Updating the Supervisor on his daily activities.
Carrying or supervision of contractual maintenance works
Compliance of Audit/ Inspection Observations.
Any work assigned by the Supervisor.
Performs extra allocated duties such as: 
Assistance to Technical Manager in maintenance of equipment and facilities at EA locations.

Operations Manager

Job Purpose

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Terminals, whilst ensuring the safety of all operations employees and the assets in consistent with international standards and operational excellence.
The Operations Manager is responsible for implementation and Management of the Terminals business plan and operation in the most effective way.

In his role, he manages in the most cost-effective way the Operations, HSSEQ and Energy Management Systems, customer relationship, and resources to ensure continuous improvement, meeting the Company Strategic Goals and Business Plan.
 

Principal Accountabilities

Operations:
Managing all operations, HSSEQ, Maintenance, Asset Management, and day to day project activities at the Terminal safely and consistent with internationalstandards such as JIG, API, El1530, ISGOTT, NFPA, ASTM and as per EIL/HTL operating and safety procedures, ENOC/HTL HSSEQ policies and guidelines in compliance with all local regulations and Industry best practices.
Engage actively in various projects including QRA, HAZOP, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), etc.
Lead the effective and safe decommissioning and commissioning of the project deliverables adhering to the MOC process.
Responsible of formulating the operational department’s OPEX budget, subject to review and approval by the Terminals Manager. Oversee its implementation to ensure timely execution, prevent overruns, and minimize expenses.
Assist the Terminals Manager for updating the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and ensuring the operational financial performance, risk management and cost control of the Terminals.

Shift and staff Management:
Initiate, review, and agree operations annual targets with the team, provide strong leadership and motivate the staff to increase the teamwork, productivity as well as individual performance.
Lead and supervise the updated training needs, annual training plan and personal development plans, in operations department, providing tracking and reporting based on monthly KPls.
Implementation of required changes in line with the organization’s objectives and the changing customer requirements.
Motivate the operational team to maintain a strong commitment to enhancing their operational competencies and professional skills.
Determine the allocation of personnel in operational shifts, including regular monitoring and analyses of overtime.
Approve annual Leaves, Sick leaves, escort leaves, and any other requirement from his team in the SAP system without affecting the Terminal’s KPls and ensuring the operational and process safety.
Conduct the Performance Annual Appraisals for direct reports in line with HR policy.

Customers:
Ensure effective communication and relationship with customers by implementing the actions agreed in the Operational Review Meetings with Customers, applying applicable International Standards and the industry best practices at the Terminal.
Supervise that all operational shifts are monitoring and recording the daily product inventory, reporting and investigate abnormal stock variations to avoid Customer complaints.
Analyse and propose to Terminals Manager the response to Customer complaints in timely and effective manner.
