Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management.
- HIS Knowledge: Deep knowledge of core modules (EMR/HIS, Clinical, Billing/RCM, ERP) and current trends like HL7 interoperability, patient engagement, and AI in healthcare.
- Workflow Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to translate requirements into UI/UX designs and workflow/process modeling (BPMN/UML).
- Technical Skills: Some knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Power BI, SQL, and database administration.
- Experience: Proven project lifecycle ownership and vendor management experience, including RFP/SOW authoring and SLA oversight.
