🧹 Job Title: Kitchen & Laundry Appliance Technician

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of three years of experience in Facilities Management operations within the UAE
• Previous experience in the hotel industry is compulsory
• ITI or Diploma qualification in a related technical field
• High level of accuracy with strong troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
• Candidates must be available to join immediately

An experienced Electrical Supervisor is required to join the Facilities Management team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management
• Demonstrated experience in supervising electrical maintenance teams
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices
• Valid manual driving license (mandatory)
• Availability for immediate joining
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate electrical maintenance works, preferably with prior exposure to VIP villas and high-end properties
• Perform inspections, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair activities
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and approved maintenance standards
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
